Another track construction training module for Indian engineers and work leaders for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train project has been completed. This 20-day hands-on training program was related to Slab Track and Cement Asphalt Mortar (CAM) installation.
A total of 20 engineers, work leaders, and technicians are being trained by six Japanese experts during the program at the Track Training Facility specially built for High-Speed Rail Track installation training in Surat. They will be certified upon successful completion of the training module. Japanese experts will train and certify approximately 1000 Indian engineers in 15 different modules for track construction of the Bullet Train project.
