Installation of overhead equipment masts (OHE) is underway in Gujarat. More than 100 OHE masts have been installed between Surat–Bilimora Bullet Train stations which cover approx. 2 km of the mainline viaduct
The work on 21 km tunnel between BKC and Shilphata in Maharashtra is under construction. Approx. 3.3 km tunnel heading has been achieved cumulatively from Shilphata and two concurrent faces from ADIT portal through the New Austrian Tunneling method (NATM). Both Vikhroli and Sawli shafts have reached required depths of 56 meters and 39 meters respectively

A total of 1872263 m3 earthwork is required to be excavated from this site. Base slab will form the deepest construction level for the Bullet Train station. Approx. 200,000 cu.m. concrete will be poured only for base slab casting. So, far 25,000 cu.m. concrete has already been poured. Each base slab casting required 3000 to 4000 cubic meters of concrete at controlled temperatures, which is being produced by in-situ batching plants and chiller plants. 100% secant piling (3384 nos.) work has already been completed for the site
